When will i get my order?

You will receive your order 3-6 business days from the date you place it. You’ll receive a confirmation email when you place your order and another one when it ships. Please allow at least 24 hours before tracking your shipment.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently only ship to the United States. We hope to ship internationally soon! We send everything through USPS First Class and Priority mail.

What's your return policy?

We want you to be totally happy with your purchase. If for any reason you aren't, please us an email at info@frankiebaby.com with your order information to arrange an exchange or return. We accept returns within 14 days of receipt for undamaged, unopened merchandise in original packaging and will refund your purchase price minus the cost of shipping.
